7 easy steps to renovate or build your home with Zen Builders
1 – Discovery
We meet with you to discover what your needs are in relation to your specific project. During this time, we want to get to know you and what your plans are for your home.
2 – Design
From here we explore design options, working alongside other professionals if needed or simply confirming your design options. This could be confirming fixtures and fittings, colours, joinery styles
3 – Pricing
From here, we work on creating a Zen Builders pricing plan tailored to your specific project. This is a comprehensive scope of works and includes the relevant sub-contractors and materials required for the project.
4 – Planning
Once the Zen Builders pricing plan has been confirmed, we work with you to develop timelines and schedules, put contracts in place, and confirm any final details. This includes booking a start date.
5 – Construction
Construction begins and we work through the Zen Builders Plan to complete your project. We use ZenQ’s to check for quality and workmanship at integral stages of the project. As well as receiving weekly updates through email, you will also be invited to meet with us on site to review progress.
6 – Completion
At the end of your project, we will work through our completion process. This includes checking the project to ensure it meets our quality standards, cleaning and tidying the work area thoroughly, removing any final rubbish and debris, and most importantly we organise to meet with you to do a walk through, to ensure you are happy with the outcome and work through any final administration.
7 – Aftercare
Once your project has been completed, we will touch base with you twice within a twelve month period to ensure that you are happy with your home.
